1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm your reservation via wire transfer or direct bank deposit only. No checks are accepted.
- Remaining payments accepted via wire transfer, direct bank deposit or cash on arrival.
- Your reservation is only confirmed once full payment is received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 14 before check-in. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
- If extreme weather or unforeseen events affect your booking, we will offer a reschedule or future credit.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM
- Late check-outs or early check-ins may be available upon request, subject to availability.
4. House Rules
- Respect the property and neighbors.
- No unauthorized parties or large gatherings.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
5. Security Deposit & Damages
- A refundable security deposit of 20% is required.
- Refunds will be processed upon within 3 business days after check-out, provided there are no damages.
6. Liability & Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their own safety. Please use the facilities responsibly.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen items; please use the provided safe or secure storage.
- In case of emergencies, please contact 911.
7. Changes & Updates
- We may update these terms as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website.
- By continuing to use our services, you accept any revised terms.
